Auctions will be held rain or shine

 

SELLERS:  Consignments are accepted Monday thru Friday from 8a.m. to 4p.m.  We will accept consignments from now until 4pm on the Thursday before the auction.  In order for us prepare for the auction, we can NOT accept any consignments on the Friday before the auction or auction day.  No Exceptions!  Seller needs to represent their own equipment.  Dukes Auction Group is not responsible for price protection.  All vehicles must have title at the time of consignment.  The title must be in your name.  All titles must be signed over to us in order for us to sell the vehicle.  No Exceptions!  You are responsible for carrying fire & theft insurance on your equipment while it is consigned with us.  Dukes Auction Group does not have insurance to cover this.  Commission is 10% with a $10 minimum charge per tagged item.

 

 

BUYERS:  There is a 10% Buyer’s Premium w/ a cap of $600 per item.  This is an additional  3% charge if paying with credit card.  SC sales tax laws apply to all purchases.  All items must be paid for in full on the day of the auction.  We accept cash, check, Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Discover.  A Bank Letter of Credit is required for all purchases over $5,000 unless previous relationship has been established with DAG.  No credit card charge backs allowed.  There is a $25 document fee added to each vehicle purchased.  You will be mailed your title work 7-10 business days after the auction.  You are responsible for taking the title work to the DMV to title in your name.  There is $10 NICS processing fee added to all firearm sales.  You must fill our ATF Form 4473 and pass the NICS background check in order to purchase any firearms.  All items are sold as-is, where-is.  DAG does not guarantee any item as to usefulness.  DAG does not guarantee any year, model, hours, etc.  No items will be loaded until items are paid for in full.  Buyers are responsible for loading, removal and transport of any purchase.  DAG will assist in loading to the best of our ability but is in no way responsible for loading.  DAG will not secure loads.  DAG, their representatives or the seller are not responsible for accidents, injuries, fire or theft.  Every effort is made to “guard” merchandise throughout the auction; however the bidder becomes solely responsible for all items purchases by them immediately following their winning bid.  Therefore, they are advised to further guard their items at their discretion.  The bidder is responsible for knowing which item they are bidding on.  If they are unsure, they should inquire or not bid.  When you become the winning bidder at auction you have affected a contract and will be expected to pay for items in which you were evidenced to be the successful bidder.  Auctioneer will not honor “mistakes”.  DAG reserves the right to add or delete items for the auction.  You may preview items Monday thru Friday from 8a.m. to 5p.m.

 

 

ALL ANNOUNCEMENTS MADE ON THE DAY OF THE AUCTION SUPERSEDES ANY PRINTED MATERIAL.

 

 

DUE TO CIRCUMSTANCES BEYOND OUR CONTROL, A PIECE MAY BE REMOVED FROM AUCTION.  IF YOU ARE INTERESTED IN ONE PARTICULAR PIECE, PLEASE CALL US TO CONFIRM SAID PIECE HAS BEEN DELIVERED AND CHECKED IN TO THE AUCTION.
